Newly-single Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick spotted hanging out

Ex-lovers Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have been spotted hanging out together at Kylie Jenner's 21st birthday. A video which was originally posted to Snapchat shows a newly-single Kourt and Scott sitting next to each other at a table, laughing. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?! ARE THEY GETTING BACK TOGETHER?!
In the video, the pair, who have been in an on-and-off relationship for over a decade and have three children together, can be seen sitting in CLOSE proximity, enjoying each other's company.
This comes shortly after Kourtney and Younes Bendjima split up, after publicly dating for quite a while.
Kim Kardashian can be heard referring to the pair as "an old married couple", which just makes us think that perhaps there's a chance the ex-lovers are already re-kindling their old flame?
Kim later added, "Oh you guys, look at the gang. The whole family's here", with clips of Scott, Khloe Kardashian, Kanye West and Caitlyn Jenner, who had all attended Kylie's 21st birthday party.
Khloe also added fuel to the rumours that Kourt and Scott may get back together when she posted an Instagram story of them at the party:
The pic shows Kourtney and Scott at the party with the text "A girl can dream". Does this mean that Khloe can dream that the pair get back together? Or does it mean that Kourtney is dreaming about getting back together with Scott? WHO KNOWS.
Scott is apparently happy in his relationship with Sofia Richie, but they've had their ups and downs, mainly due to numerous cheating rumours on Scott's behalf.
