As their salaries are revealed, it appears that there is no gender pay gap for actors and actresses starring in the massively popular TV series Game of Thrones.
The series, which is now into its seventh season has revealed that British stars Lena Headey, Kit Harington and Emilia Clarke are each earning a massive $500,000 per episode, according to Variety magazine.
The same report has also revealed that Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Peter Dinklage are also on same wage, meaning there is no gender pay gap.
Emilia, Kit, Lena, Nikolaj and Peter have all been part of the hit TV series since the beginning in 2011 and are the show's top earners.
This news comes during the week that Forbes have announced the Highest-Paid Actors 2017 and their highest earner, Mark Wahlberg raked in a massive $68,000,000. That's $42,000,000 more than the highest earning actress who was Emma Stone, announced last week as earning $26,000,000.
The current season of Game of Thrones is due finish soon, but if you've been watching the season so far, did you spot the moment when it looked like Jon Snow's sword came to life?
