Love Island's Georgia Steel defends Dani Dyer as she moves on from Jack Fincham

The pair split for good last month

Dani Dyer and Georgia Steel became incredibly close friends whilst on Love Island 2018 together last summer. Whilst daughter of EastEnders actor Danny Dyer Dani went on to win the show with Jack Fincham, the pair sadly split for good last month - and things have been less than amicable.

Jack and Dani may have seemed pretty loved-up on both the show and on their Instagram profiles, but since the split, Jack is reportedly "in talks" for Celebs Go Dating, and Dani has apparently got back together with her ex-boyfriend Sammy Kimmence.

And despite falling out briefly last month after Dani failed to show up to Georgia's 21st birthday, the pair have now reconciled and Georgia has defended her pal's reunion with her ex-boyfriend

"She's done nothing wrong," she affirmed, adding that she'd always defend her friend against people that think Dani has moved on "too quickly" after splitting from Jack, "I've got her back, always. I don't think she's done anything wrong to be honest, I really don't."

Georgia went on to say that Dani has "moved on" and that she just wants Dani to "be happy, that's all I care about." Adding that she and Dani are "really good friends" and that they're "really, really close," Georgia went on to say, "I do feel like what's happening at the moment is something that is quite difficult, but I will always stand by Dani and support Dani. That's my main concern."

This comes after Georgia claims she was duped by her conman ex boyfriend Medi Abalimba, who she says stole money from her and left her "fearing for her life". She added that whilst "things have been crazy," she's "focussing" on herself and "rebuilding" herself.
