Following her stint on Celebrity MasterChef earlier this year, it sounds like British rapper Lady Leshurr has got the reality TV bug, as she's now exclusively revealed to KISS Breakfast's Jordan & Perri that she's taking part on the 2021 series of Dancing On Ice.

Appearing on KISS Breakfast this morning (Wednesday 30th September), Lady Leshurr, real name Melesha Katrina O'Garro, told the guys she's 'petrified' for the new venture.

She said, "Oh my gosh! Literally I don't know what I've got myself in for. Everybody knows me to be that person to just throw myself into the deep end and I just wing it a lot of the time."

When last year's DOI runner-up Perri Kiely asked the 'Brush Your Teeth' hit maker how she's feeling now the news is out, she said, "I don't know what is going to happen now. Yeah, I'm petrified, I'm not going to lie.

"I've always wanted to ice skate, so what's better than doing it in front of millions of people."

Unless Lady Leshurr is a natural on the ice, it sounds like the 30-year-old is going to have to put the work in during training, admitting she's only ever ice skated once or twice before when she was younger.

However, the one thing she does have in her favour is her dance moves, with Lady Leshurr adding, "I can dance! But other than that, I have no idea how to ice skate."

Lady Leshurr is the tenth celebrity confirmed for the 2021 series, check out which other famous faces will be taking part in the show:

Faye Brookes

Denise van Outen - Pulled out of the show due to injury

Sonny Jay

Jason Donovan

Joe-Warren Plant - Pulled out of the show due to COVID-19

Colin Jackson CBE

Myleene Klass

Graham Bell

Rebekah Vardy

Lady Leshurr

Amy Tinkler

Billie Faiers - Pulled out of the show due to injury

Of course, our very own Perri took part in the popular ITV show earlier this year, showing off his insane dancing skills whilst on skates, and making history by nailing the first ever back flip on the show.

Despite finishing in second place behind 2020 champion Joe Swash, Perri will always be the champion in our eyes! 🙌
