Kenan and Kel reunion could be happening
Our favourite 90s sitcom could be making a comeback!
One of our favourite shows of the 90s, Kenan and Kel, may well be making a comeback.
The show's stars Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell reunited back in September for a sketch on the Tonight Show in the US and have since said that teaming up again may well be on the cards.
When speaking to Digital Spy, Kel said that a reunion could "most definitely" be happening. "Oh yeah, we've definitely been talking about it a reunion. We were both like: 'Oh man, we got to do something together again'", he said.
The sitcom Kenan and Kel followed the antics of the two high school boys Kenan Rockmore (played by Kenan Thompson) and Kel Kimble (played by Kel Mitchell). On the show, Kenan worked part-time at a local grocery store but spent most of his time coming up with money making schemes (most of which went disastrously wrong), while Kel was Kenan's orange soda-loving sidekick who is best known for his catchphrases "Who loves orange soda? Kel loves orange soda!" and "Aww, here goes!"
Kenan Thompson is currently a senior cast member on US show Saturday Night Live and is the longest-serving African-American cast member. Kel Kimble currently stars on Nickelodeon show Game Shakers.
