Fans found a cardboard cutout of Biebs in Las Vegas this weekend.
Last week Justin Bieber broke many Beliebers hearts when he announced he was cancelling all meet and greets on his current Purpose World Tour.
In an Instagram post, Bieber said the meet and greets left him ‘drained and unhappy.’
