We weren’t expecting this… the latest person to join James Corden for some Carpool Karaoke is Apple CEO Tim Cook.
James helped Tim get to yesterday’s (7th September) Apple Product launch, where Apple made a number of announcements including that they would be removing the headphone jack from the new iPhone 7.
The video opens with James asking Siri ‘what do you think of James Corden?’, to which Siri replies ‘this is about you, not me.’ James then asks Tim what he’s going to wear to the Product launch, before James gets someone who ‘knows about fashion’ aka Pharrell Williams to join them for a sing along to ‘Sweet Home Albama’.
Earlier in the year, it was revealed that Apple were working with Carpool Karaoke on some new episodes that will be premiering on Apple Music early next year.
