Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson says his daughters finally believe he's the voice of Maui in Disney's Moana — after a series of cute videos surfaced online back in 2020 of his little girl, Tiana, unconvinced!

Along with her older sister, Jasmine, the girls (aged six and eight) have voiced characters in the movie's sequel, which is due out on Friday 29th November. KISS presenter, Harriet Rose, caught up with Dwayne in Hawaii, ahead of its release...

"Watching the premiere with them (Jasmine and Tiana) was very surreal, especially when they heard their voice. 'That's Me! That's Me!' It was so cool," Dwayne said.

He also told KISS presenter, Harriet, they'd finally accepted he was the voice behind demigod Maui:

"They're my toughest critics, but they think I'm pretty cool. I hit the jackpot."

The sequel, which hits cinemas later this week, is set three years after Moana sets out on her first mission to restore the heart of Te Fiti.

During the interview, Harriet also gifted The Rock with his very own stick of rock from UK seasides! To which he replied: "Look at that. I love it! But can I ask you something...what is this?!"

After a lot of laughs and an explanation about the English delicacy, Dwayne said: "It smells great! Thank you very much!" Well you learn something new every day...even if you're The Rock!

When will Moana 2 be out in cinemas?
