Cheryl sends cute message to Liam Payne on his first Father's Day

Former One Direction star Liam Payne celebrated his first Father's Day yesterday and his proud girlfriend Cheryl couldn't wait to publicly praise him.
Liam, who wasn't with his baby boy Bear yesterday due work commitments in Europe, received a super cute message from his girlfriend Cheryl on social media.
Posting on Instagram for the first time since announcing she'd given birth, 33-year-old Cheryl shared a photo of Liam with a caption reading, 'Happy 1st Father's Day Liam.. You are the most amazing daddy and the best example for our son. The way he looks at you says it all. Your relationship melts my heart. You are the centre of his world & We adore you 🐻💙.'

Liam was quick to like the post, along with some of the couple's close friends including Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh, and Rochelle Humes.
Despite having a 10 year age gap between them, Cheryl and Liam confirmed their relationship back in 2016 and welcomed their first child, Bear Grey Payne, in March this year.
Sharing the same cute photo of Liam cradling his newborn son, the pair expressed their joy at their new arrival just before Mother's Day.
Liam wrote, 'My close friends and family know there are very few times when I'm left speechless... wow! I'm incredibly happy to welcome our new baby boy into the world, it's a moment that I will never forget for the rest of my life and my favourite memory I have so far.
'I'm completely in awe of his incredible mother and how she has been the whole way through this, she's really made my dreams come true. We haven't named him yet but he's already capturing hearts including mine. I feel very blessed. Happy Mother's Day everyone.'
Giving more details about her little one, Cheryl wrote, 'On Wednesday 22nd March Liam and I became parents to an incredibly beautiful, healthy baby boy, weighing 7lb 9 and looking like a dream. Although he still doesn't have a name he is already stealing hearts. We are all madly in love and overwhelmingly happy with our little arrival. Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers around the world. A day that now has a different meaning to me forever 💙'.

After dropping his debut solo single 'Strip That Down' last month, Liam has been a busy boy travelling around Europe and America promoting the track.
Just yesterday Liam shared a video to his Snapchat account where he wished himself a 'Happy Father's Day' with the caption 'Miss You 🐻' written on the screen.
The 23-year-old has now landed in Milan and told fans he's attending the Giorgio Armani fashion show later today.

Liam was the last member of One Direction to release a solo single after the band started their hiatus in January 2016.

Liam's debut single reached number 3 on the Official UK Charts.
