Tiger King took the world of Netflix by storm last year, with the show having the nation hooked as soon as Joe Exotic, Carole Baskin and a flurry of big cats took to our screens at the beginning of lockdown (1.0). Unfortunately for viewers, however, it looks like Carole and her husband, Howard Baskin, are pretty set on never returning to the show ever again.

After claiming last year that she was mislead about the nature of the show by directors, Eric Goode and Rebecca Chaiklin, Carole has now spoken out about her potential appearance in the second series of the show - spoiler, the phrases "absolutely ridiculous" and "freak show" are used.

Speaking to Radio Times, Carole has now said, "It was just a few weeks ago that Rebecca Chaiklin had reached out asking if we could clear the air. I have been speaking about how we had been so misled into thinking this was going to be the Blackfish for big cats and then it turned out to be the freak show that they produced."

She continued, "So when she said she wanted to clear the air, I felt like, you know, that’s just absolutely ridiculous. It was so obvious that I had been betrayed by them. Why would she ever think that I would be willing to speak to them again? And so I told her to just lose my number." You tell 'em, Carole!

This is not the first time Carole has spoken out about her distaste for the first series, previously claiming that it gave Joe a platform to spread "horrible things" that "just weren't true".

The second series is rumoured to be following Joe's journey as he attempts to overturn his current prison sentence, however this has not been confirmed. Fans feel it is also likely that the show will also feature Joe losing the former zoo land to his arch-nemesis, Carole.

Speaking of Joe and his current situation, Carole continued, "I have not talked to Joe or any of the people who proclaim to be trying to get him out of jail."
