Beyonce is allegedly being sued by a filmmaker who believes she ‘copied’ the trailer for her Lemonade album from him.

Matthew Fulks believes Bey and her team pinched nine visual elements from his 2014 film ‘Palinoia’ for use in her Lemonade trailer. These include ‘grafitti and persons with heads down’, ‘red persons with eyes obscured’, ‘parking garage’, ‘the grass scene’ and ‘black and white eyes'.

Fulks claims Beyonce’s team at Columbia Records were aware of his ‘Palionia’ film after discussions of him working with the record label. The lawsuit is issued against Beyonce’s record labels Sony and Columbia Records and the film studio Parkwood Entertainment and contains the below screengrabs to show the apparent similarities between the two films.

Beyonce is yet to address the claims.
