Win Tickets To The BRITs – Competition Terms & Conditions

Key Dates:

There will be 5 chances to win between Monday 6th Feb – Weds 8th Feb 2023.

Competition Period:

There will be 5 chances to win between Monday 6th Feb – Weds 8th Feb 2023 during the hours of 13:00 – 16:00 each day.Within this time, listeners will need to listen out for a cue to call as directed by the on-air presenter.

This cue to call will be a BRIT nominated song or artist and when revealed, will mark the start of that competition round. The competition rounds are listed below…

2x Comp rounds during 13:00 – 16:00 – Monday 6th February

2x Comp rounds during 13:00 – 16:00 – Tuesday 7th February

1x Comp round during 13:00 – 16:00 –Wednesday 8th February

When a listener hears the cue to call they are instructed to call the studio via 03448 112233. The presenter or producer will choose a line at random from the switchboard and the eligible entrant (after producer vetting) who gets through to the presenter will win the prize for that round.

The presenter and producer has the discretion to end the call should the phone signal not allow us to clearly hear what the caller is saying.

How Much It Costs:

Calls to the studio are charged at standard network rate.

Restrictions:

Only open to people who: (i) live in the UK; (ii) are 18 years or over at the date of their entry; and (iii) are not one of our employees (or living with one of our employees).

Recording Consent: We will sometimes (at our discretion) telephone entrants and ask them to speak on-air.

You have the right to refuse, and your entry to the competition will not be affected by your refusal. If you consent, your voice will be recorded and you consent to this recording being used on our radio broadcasts.

You agree that we will own this recording and that a copy of it will be stored for further exploitation, which may include promotion.

Whilst on-air, you promise not to make any statement which is offensive or inappropriate or which would cause us, or our listeners, harm.

You will not be put through to speak on-air if we think you are driving, intoxicated, likely to swear, or otherwise offend our listeners.

The Prize/s:

• Each winner will receive 2 tickets to the BRIT Awards 2023 with Mastercard, at London’s O2 Arena on Saturday 11th February.  

• There is no travel or accommodation included in this prize.

Prize Terms:

Winners will contacted within 24 hours of winning to confirm how, when and where event tickets will need to be collected. Valid photo ID may be required on entrance (passport or driving license).All attendees must be aged 18+

The tickets are not transferrable and non-refundable.

Event venue/ticket terms and conditions may also apply. KISS holds no responsibility for any winners who fail to adhere to these or is refused entry to the event.
