Manchester Pride’s Big Weekend

The four day event starts on Friday and spans the entire bank holiday weekend, ending with a candlelit vigil on Monday 31st.
Major headline acts have already been announced and include previous X Factor judge and singer Dannii Minogue, as well as DJ Fresh, Texas and Union J.
Sir Ian McKellen has also been confirmed as Grand Marshal of the Pride parade which takes place on Saturday. Previously, the parade travelled across St Peter’s Square but due to construction of the new Metrolink crossing, organisers have adjusted the route to ensure the event runs smoothly.
