Andy Burnham unveils five point plan for tackling Manchester's congestion

Andy Burnham has unveiled his five point plan for tackling Manchester's congestion as he asks people to get involve with a public consultation on the issue.

The Labour candidate for Greater Manchester Mayor says he wants to look at encouraging cycling, car sharing and improving transport links as a way to getting rid of heavy traffic across the city.

Andy Burnham now wants people to send him suggestions on how to reduce congestion.
