Schoolchildren escape dramatic coach fire on M60
Dozens of children were on the bus when it went up in flames
A group of schoolchildren and their teachers have had a lucky escape from a coach fire on the M60.
Emergency services were called to a slip road of the motorway on Wednesday night (05 March) when it went up in flames.
Greater Manchester Police shared dramatic photos from the scene, confirming more than 30 children were on board when it went up.
The fire was eventually put out and no-one was harmed.
Police have praised firefighters for their response.
