Four-year-old girl who died in suspected arson attack named

A four-year-old girl killed in a suspected arson attack in Greater Manchester has been named as Lesma-Rose Wibier.
The girl was pulled from the blaze on Gateshead Close in the Rusholme area last Sunday (02 March), but died in hospital later that day.
In a tribute, her relatives described her as the "star of the family" and said she was a "beautiful girl inside and out".
They also said: "“She always had a smile on her face and could put the same on others.
"She was such a smart and intelligent girl in her own unique ways, and she will be deeply missed by anyone who was blessed to meet her.”
A 44-year-old woman who was known to Lesma-Rose had been arrested on suspicion of committing arson with intent to endanger life.
She has been re-arrested on suspicion of murder and is being detained under the Mental Health Act.
The family have asked for privacy as police continue their investigations, with officers asking for anyone with information to come forward.
