Donald Trump will be sworn in as President on January 20th to take his second term in office and become the 47th President of the USA.
Films to look forward to in 2025
There are plenty of films to look forward to in 2025 including the second instalment of Wicked. There will also be a new Bridget Jones movie, a new Superman film and a live-action version of Snow White
Eurovision 2025
After 36 years, the Eurovision Song Contest is heading back to where it all started – Switzerland. From 12 to 17 May 2025, Basel will play host to the world's biggest music event
G20 and COP30
2025's G20 summit will be held in Africa for the first time as South Africa host the event in November. Cop30 will also take place in November, this year in Brazil
Grand Theft Auto VI
The next instalment of Grand Theft Auto is due to be out in Autumn 2025, it's one of the world's biggest games with fans waiting for years for GTA VI.

The 2025 Fifa Club World Cup takes place in June & July in the United States
