Taking in a total of nine shows, the tour kicks off at Manchester Academy on Saturday 9th April and wraps up at London Shepherd’s Bush Empire on Wednesday 20th April.
The shows follow the 19th February release of Wolfmother’s eagerly awaited new album ‘Victorious’.
Enthusing about ‘Victorious’, Wolfmother lynchpin Andrew Stockdale said: “We wanted to get back to that big sound.
“The album is a balance of garage-y energy and big production. It’s wild, energetic and,” he muses, “perfect for a festival main stage.”
Recorded at Henson Studios in Los Angeles with 2X Grammy winning producer Brendan O’Brien (Pearl Jam, AC/DC, Chris Cornell, Bruce Springsteen), according to Universal Records, the songs are edgy, inventive and uncompromising and rank among the band’s best ever.
