WATCH: Weezer parody Guns N’ Roses’ in video for ‘Feels Like Summer’
Truly brilliant

Weezer have paid homage to Guns N’ Roses with their phenomenal new video.
Premiered to the world today, the ‘Feels Like Summer’ video is an almost frame-for-frame parody of Guns N’ Roses’ video for ‘Paradise City’ from back in 1988.
Singer Rivers Cuomo naturally takes on the role of a late-eighties Axl Rose complete with denim jacket emblazoned with the Weezer logo, flowing red locks and bandana.
Guitarist Brian Bell lampoons Slash with a trademark Slash, while Scott Shriner dons aviator glasses in a subtle nod to Duff McKagan.
Just like the ‘Paradise City’ alongside footage of the band, the video features grainy onstage and backstage clips from a live performance.
Weezer filmed the video in late June at Goldenvoice’s new Arroyo Seco Weekend festival in Pasadena, California.

‘Feels Like Summer’ is lifted from Weezer’s upcoming eleventh album in total and fifth self-titled record, that will be known as “The Black Album”.
