Thirty Seconds to Mars have teased the release of their new single ‘Walk On Water’.

Jared, Shannon and Tomo shared a spoof clip for the single yesterday, which sees them visit Interscope Records HQ in Los Angeles.

Seemingly angry about their previous album teaser, which was unveiled back in June, the label executive rages about the band continuing to drip-feed fans information.

He blasts: “Four years since you put out an album, two years since we signed you. Are we really having this conversation? Soon? People are sick and tired of ‘soon’. ‘Soon’ doesn’t mean s---. F--- soon. We need to go now. NOW!”

‘Walk On Water’ will be released around the globe on Tuesday 22nd August and will make its television debut on the MTV Video Music Awards the following Sunday.

Jared Leto says of Thirty Seconds To Mars’ return: “After four long years, hundreds of days, thousands of hours, gazillions of seconds, we have finally managed to finish a single f---ing song. Whoever thought ‘soon’ would actually be here ‘now’”

“With the help of groundbreaking nanotechnology, chatbots and self-driving music software, we have wrangled from the depths of our cold black hearts, some semblance of a song.

“We can’t wait to get back on the road and we couldn’t be more proud to share with you the first first single off of our new album. And yes, we have been working on it for four years.

“The last time we put an album out, there were no self driving cars, no fidget spinners, President Trump was still that guy on The Apprentice and Jon Snow hadn’t even died yet. #SpoilerAlert”

Thirty Seconds To Mars’ last studio album ‘Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams’ was released in May 2013.
