Metal titans Trivium have announced a brand new UK headline tour this March and April.

A direct response to fans requesting shows in places off the beaten track, the eleven-date run doesn’t feature the UK’s biggest cities Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and London, instead calling in at places such as Ipswich, Lincoln, Kilmarnock and York.

Singer Matt Heafy comments: "The UK was the first place to ever truly embrace Trivium and make us feel at home.

“I feel now - at this very moment in time - Trivium is a better live band than we have ever been. For us to pay true homage to the place who took us in first, we can now give them the Trivium they have always deserved."

The shows will also be their first on UK soil with new drummer Paul Wandtke.

Tickets to all dates go on sale from Kerrang! Radio Tickets at 9am on Friday 15th January.
