Tom Morello fractures hand and shares Terminator-esque photo of surgery

Rage Against The Machine’s Tom Morello has fractured his hand and shared the grisly photo from emergency surgery to prove it.
About to embark on a short European tour with politically-charged rap-rockers Prophets of Rage, the guitarist fractured his playing hand on Thursday (21st June) and underwent an operation yesterday to treat the fracture.
Morello took to Instagram to share a delightful photo of the macabre open wound with a Terminator-esque metal plate screwed into one of his bones.
He captioned the pic: “Fractured my playing hand on Thursday. Surgery today. Will be onstage in Sweden Tuesday. #WeCantBeStopped #DjangoReinhardtLives #TheShowMustGoOn #TheBionicMan”
As Tom said his post, Prophets of Rage play Gröna Lund in Stockholm tomorrow night before taking in shows in Denmark, Finland and Norway into early July.
