Sonisphere Adds More Bands & Announces Day Splits
Gary Numan, Gallows, Chiodos and more are joining the party
Sonisphere have announced a plethora of fresh acts and the day splits for this summer’s festival.
Joining headliners Iron Maiden, Metallica and The Prodigy are Chiodos, Carcass, The Bronx, Gallows, Band Of Skulls, Gary Numan, 65daysofstatic and New Model Army.
The Winery Dogs, Sebastian Bach, Bam Margera's F*face Unstoppable, Anti Nowhere League, Little Matador and The Lounge Kitten** complete the fresh wave of additions.
Carcass bassist/vocalist Jeff Walker enthused about their slot: “A chance to play on the same day as IRON MAIDEN at Sonisphere? Please sign us up!
“Nevermind the fact that Bill Steer (guitar) is a BIG Chas & Dave fan- as if that wasn’t enough to cement the deal already!”
Gallows said in a joint statement "We're ripping up Sonisphere on the Sunday. Good times only, f*** the posers. New music on its way."
The fresh wave of artists join the previously confirmed Deftones, Limp Bizkit, Anthrax, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, Reel Big Fish, Protest The Hero, Slayer, Alice In Chains, Mastodon, Ghost B.C, Airbourne, Gojira and many more.
