Slipknot's Corey Taylor confirms 'cantankerous' new book & Download Festival signing session!

It slams modern day humans

Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor has unveiled details of his gloriously titled third book ‘You're Making Me Hate You: A Cantankerous Look At The Common Misconception That Humans Have Any Common Sense Left'.

As the title suggests, the book is a George Carlin-esque diatribe against everything Corey loathes about modern day humans.

His hilariously delivered gripes include stuck up people in restaurants, the indignities of air travel, clueless drivers, woeful fashion disasters, contemporary music and himself!

Set for release via Ebury Press on Thursday 11th June, the book is the follow-up to Corey’s two previous Sunday Times & New York Times bestsellers: 'Seven Deadly Sins', a memoir exploring his worldview about life as a 'sinner', and 'A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Heaven', an unexpected look at the various 'supernatural' encounters he's experienced in his lifetime.

To celebrate ‘You're Making Me Hate You…’’s release, Corey will be signing copies of the book at Download Festival on Friday 12th June ahead of Slipknot’s headline performance that evening.

Wristbands will be available for purchase at the merchandise stand. These allow you to queue for the signing and you will collect your book at the signing desk.
