Slayer To Headline Bloodstock 2013
They join fellow headliners Lamb of God and King Diamond
Slayer have been confirmed as the third and final headliner of Bloodstock Open Air 2013.
The thrash metal titans will close the festival on the Sunday night, joining Friday night’s headliner King Diamond and Lamb of God on Saturday.
Legendary guitarist Kerry King enthused: "Can't wait to hit the stage at Bloodstock! Metal Festival in England? Fuck yes!! It's going to be hell on earth and I'm looking forward to having a party with all my British friends."
Also already confirmed for Bloodstock are Whitechapel, Devildriver, Municipal Waste, Amorphis, Dark Funeral, Anthrax, Accept, Firewind, Fozzy, Kataklysm, Ex Deo and Avantasia.
Bloodstock Open Air takes place once again in Catton Park, Derbyshire from Thursday 8th to Sunday 11th August 2013.
