Slayer, Smashing Pumpkins, Anthrax and 20 more bands confirmed for Download Festival 2019

A further 23 bands have been added to the Download Festival 2019 line-up.

Heading to Donington Park next summer are Slayer (their final UK show ever), Anthrax, The Smashing Pumpkins (in their inaugural appearance at Download Festival), Dream Theater, Lamb of God and Eagles of Death Metal.

Completing the line-up announcement are Alien Weaponry, Badflower, Black Futures, Blackberry Smoke, I Prevail, The Interrupters, Jinjer, Man With A Mission, nothing,nowhere., Our Last Night, Riding The Low, Royal Republic, State Champs, Underside, Whitechapel, Yours Truly and Zebrahead.

The new wave of artists join a bill that boasts headliners Def Leppard, Slipknot and Tool plus Slash ft. Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators, Rob Zombie, Whitesnake, Skindred, Tesla, Trivium, Amon Amarth, Carcass, Delain, Die Antwooord, Me First and The Gimme Gimmes, Opeth, Power Trip, Reel Big Fish, Starset, The Amity Affliction and Underoath.

Download Festival takes place at Donington Park in Leicestershire from Friday 14th to Sunday 16th June 2019. Weekend and RIP tickets are on sale from Kerrang! Radio Tickets now.
