The Slam Dunk Festival 2019 line-up has expanded once again with the addition of 11 new bands.

Fresh from slaying London’s Alexandra Palace and Cardiff Motorpoint Arena earlier this month, Welsh metallers Bullet For My Valentine will headline an as-yet-unspecified stage at their inaugural appearance at Slam Dunk Festival.

Also making their debut at Slam Dunk are Glassjaw, Simple Plan, The Menzingers, I Don’t Know How, Turnstile, Knocked Loose, The Get Up Kids, Saves The Day and Tiny Moving Parts, while Trophy Eyes are returning to the event.

Chris Conley of Saves The Day says: “We are so excited to play Slam Dunk next year! It’s always a blast to come overseas and sing Saves songs with all our fans. See you soon!!”

Dylan Mattheisen of Tiny Moving Parts adds: “All the pictures I’ve seen from the past Slam Dunks look like it’s a wild party, and we’re thrilled to be a part of this year’s. We can’t heckin’ wait to come over!"

The fresh wave of artists join an already impressive line-up that boasts headliners All Time Low plus NOFX, New Found Glory, Waterparks, Story of the Year, Gallows, Mad Caddies and Silverstein.

After the rip-roaring success of Slam Dunk South’s move to Hatfield House last year, the festival has also announced plans for a new site for Slam Dunk North, moving to Leeds’ Temple Newsam Estate so even more pop-punk fanatics can attend.

Tickets to Slam Dunk Festival are on sale from Kerrang! Radio Tickets now.

Slam Dunk Festival takes in the following dates:

MAY 2019

Leeds Temple Newsham Park – Sat 25th

Hatfield Park – Sun 26th
