Randy Blythe Not Guilty of Manslaughter
He’s a free man and heading home
Randy Blythe has been acquitted of manslaughter in the Czech Republic this morning (5th March).
The 41-year-old has been on trial for the past month over the death of a teenage fan, Daniel Nosek, following a Lamb of God gig in Prague in May 2010.
Blythe had been accused of pushing Nosek from the stage and “inflicting bodily harm that resulted in death” – a charge he strongly denied since his arrest in June last year.
This morning, Blythe was found not guilty of the charges and he later posted the below image on Instagram.
He wrote: "I have been found not guilty & acquitted of all charges against me. I am a free man.
“This photo was taken by my friend @aceyslade- it says it all. Please remember the family of Daniel Nosek in your thoughts & prayers in this difficult time. I only wish for them peace. Thank you for your support- Randy"
Lamb of God headline Bloodstock Open Air on Saturday 10th August.
