Placebo announce October 2017 UK tour
They play a total of 11 dates
As part of their continued 20th anniversary celebrations, Placebo are hitting the road this autumn.
Brian Molko, Stefan Olsdal and co. will play a total of 11 shows opening at Edinburgh Usher Hall on Saturday 7th October and wrapping up at London O2 Academy Brixton on Monday 23rd October.
Tickets go on sale from Kerrang! Radio Tickets at 9am on Friday 9th June.
On Friday, Placebo unveiled the poignant video for their cover of the Talk Talk track ‘Life's What You Make It’. The song appeared on Placebo’s 2016 EP of the same name.
Brian Molko said of the cover: “We covered Talk Talk’s ‘Life’s What You Make It’ because it is a song from the 80s that we still liked and we wondered if we could replicate Gwen Stefani’s global smash hit with her band’s cover of (Talk Talk’s) ‘It’s My Life’. That remains to be seen.”
