LISTEN: Mastodon unleash new song 'Sultan's Curse'

Metal monoliths Mastodon have unleashed a typically thunderous new song entitled ‘Sultan’s Curse’ and its accompanying (ever so slightly) animated video.

A track that musically harks back to their halcyon ‘Crack the Skye’ days, it’s a glorious slab of first rate progressive metal packed with epic guitar solos, crushing grooves and stunning vocal harmonies.

The accompanying video features the ominous skeletal figure that adorns their upcoming album ‘Emperor Of Sand’ with steam rising from the hellish abyss in the backdrop.
