All throughout June, Kerrang! Radio are exploring diversity in rock and metal through a series of documentaries called 'Challenging Attitudes'

Every Wednesday at 6pm, we’ll be interviewing some of Kerrang! Radio's biggest artists about themes including mental health, disability, the LGBT community and non-binary gender identities.

The series is hosted by Jon Mahon and Paris Munro, and kicked off on Wednesday 2nd June with the first episode, around the subject of mental health.

For the first episode, Kerrang! Radio morning presenter Jon Mahon spoke to Enter Shikari’s Rou Reynolds, Sean Long from While She Sleeps and Black Veil Brides frontman Andy Biersack about their personal journeys and experiences with mental health.

Lesbian, Gay & Bisexual Musicians – Wednesday 16th June

Featuring Lzzy Hale (Halestorm), Roddy Bottum (Faith No More), Tobi Duncan (Trash Boat), Hannah Mee (Hot Milk).

Transgender & Non-Binary Identities – Wednesday 23rd June

Featuring Laura Jane Grace (Against Me!), Lucas Silveira (musician) and Noah Finnce (vlogger and musician).
