Kerrang! To Host Late Night Parties at Sonisphere
Alex Baker and James McMahon will take to the decks
As if a killer line-up boasting the likes of Metallica, Slayer and Iron Maiden wasn’t enough to send your excitements levels sky high, we’re very proud to announce that Kerrang! will be hosting TWO late night parties at Sonisphere next month!
Kerrang! Magazine editor James McMahon and our very own Alex Baker will be taking to the decks on Thursday night to smash out the biggest tunes in music right now at the first ever Kerrang! Party.
As if that wasn’t enough, James and Alex will be play another set at Bohemia on the Saturday night too. It promises to be quite a night.
Elsewhere, The last live act on Bohemia Tent on Sunday night are The Defiled’s Stitch D, Vincent Hyde and Needles who will pay tribute to their hero Kurt Cobain as Nirvana Defiled.
On Saturday, legends The Sisters of Mercy will play another late-night Bohemia set three years on from their last fabled performance on the stage.
Also playing after hours sets across the weekend are 65daysofstatic, Mixhell and the aptly named Infamy.
There’s also a Voodoo Rock and Ultimate Power party, alternative karaoke, wrestling, silent disco and so much more.
