Josh Homme Destroys 'Douchebag' Stage-Invading Fan - VIDEO
Don’t mess with The Homme
A stage-invading Queens of the Stone Age fan - who obviously hadn’t seen this video of the band’s infamous performance at Norwegian Wood in 2008 – has been destroyed by Josh Homme at a show in Florida.
As the band were midway through 'The Vampyre of Time and Memory' at The Mahaffey Theater in St Petersburg the fan stormed past security and grabbed Homme on stage.
Swiftly disposing of the over-zealous fan by pushing him into the pit, Homme aimed some cutting verbal blows towards the assailant.
He blasted: “Don’t do that, because I’ll fing… I don’t care if you love me. You can stay right there dude. I don’t know what you’re trying to do,” blasted Homme. You’re lucky I didn’t f you up bro. I’m here to play for you, not jerk you off, you f***ing douchebag.”
Aiming his comments towards a cheering crowd, Homme continued: “Cause we’re going to be together right? That mother***er doesn’t know what we’re talking about.
“We’re talking about being together, I want to play it for, I want to show you something, I want to be together, you know? I want to do something together, but I don’t want this ahole to be up on the stage… F* that guy. Long live us, but f*** this guy.”

Last month, Homme told Rolling Stone that plans are already in the pipeline for their follow-up to ‘… Like Clockwork.’
"We're booked 'til September, but after that we plan to jump in the studio and get going,” he said.
"When it's time to make music, that's about getting lost for me. To be a control freak is not half as good as being a freak who's casually in control. You're feeling around in the dark for something that feels good. As long as you're not in an orgy, that can be an amazing moment."
