Hundred Reasons have returned and announced a nine-date headline UK tour for February and March 2022.
The trek opens at Southampton Guildhall on Thursday 24th February 2022 and calls in at Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester, Norwich and Nottingham before culminating with a huge 5,000 capacity show at London O2 Academy Brixton on Saturday 12th March 2022.
Hundred Reasons’ very special guests at all nine shows are London post-hardcore noisemakers Hell Is for Heroes.
Hundred Reasons UK tour tickets:
Pre-sale tickets to Hundred Reasons’ February and March 2022 UK tour go on sale from Kerrang! Radio Tickets at 10am on Thursday 22nd July.
Hundred Reasons’ tour next year coincides with the tenth anniversary of their sold-out Ideas Above Our Station Year Ten anniversary shows.
Except for some sporadic acoustic shows from Colin Doran and Andy Gilmour under their moniker Undead Raisins, Hundred Reasons have remained inactive since late 2012.
The band maintain they’ve never officially split, however, writing: ‘It’s recognition of the inimitable musical chemistry which exists between them that’s meant the band have never ‘gone on hiatus’, split, or called time on Hundred Reasons, instead marking significant years with a return to the public eye.’
Formed in 1999, Hundred Reasons released their debut album ‘Ideas Above Our Station’ in May 2002 and it peaked at Number 6 on the UK album chart. They went on to release three further studio albums - ‘Shatterproof Is Not A Challenge’ (2004), ‘Kill Your Own’ (2006) and Quick The Word, Sharp The Action (2007).
Hundred Reasons are Andy Bews (drums), Colin Doran (vocals), Andy Gilmour (bass) , Larry Hibbitt (guitar/vocals).
