Good Charlotte have been unveiled as the co-headliners of Slam Dunk Festival 2018.
The pop-punk heroes will share bill-topping duties with the previously confirmed Jimmy Eat World at the May Bank Holiday rock extravaganza.
Also confirmed for the phenomenal bill are PVRIS, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, Creeper, Thursday, Every Time I Die, Knuckle Puck, Crown The Empire and Real Friends.
They all join the previously announced Taking Back Sunday, Sleeping With Sirens, State Champs, Four Year Strong and Trash Boat!
Creeper say: “Slam Dunk is always such an important event for our scene each year, and it is an incredible privilege to be playing the main stage. See you all there!”
Geoff Rickly of Thursday says: “We're very happy to be joining some of our oldest friends at Slam Dunk and we have a bunch of surprises still in store. See you soon. Stay tuned.”
Keith Buckley of Every Time I Die says: “We’ve played just about every festival there is, indoor and out, and when the only complaint you have of Slam Dunk is: there are too many good bands playing to see all the ones you want, you know you’re a part of something great. we’re coming back and we’re bringing the heat. Don’t miss it.”
Slam Dunk Festival 2018 once again takes place at Leeds City Centre (Saturday 26th May), Hatfield Park (Sunday 27th May) and Birmingham NEC (Monday 28th May).
