Frank Turner announces nine-date No Man's Land UK Tour
Including two Ally Pally shows
Acoustic-rock troubadour Frank Turner has announced a nine-date UK tour for November and December 2019 in support of his upcoming album ‘No Man’s Land’.
Frank’s new trek kicks off at Dunfermline Alhambra Theatre on Friday 22nd November 2019 and includes two nights at London Alexandra Palace together with shows in Cardiff, Southampton, Manchester, Newcastle, Bexhill and Birmingham.
Each night there will be two sets – a solo set followed by an unplugged band performance with The Sleeping Souls.
Frank comments: “For this tour, I thought it would be good to give the new album some proper attention, so the first set of mine of the night will be a solo run through some of those songs and stories; once the Souls are up with me, we're playing around with a slightly more stripped back, thoughtful folk approach to some of the older material, which feels different and powerful. Looking forward to sharing a slightly different show with everyone for this run.”
Tickets to this very special tour go on sale from Kerrang! Radio Tickets at 11am on Friday 19th July.
Released on Friday 16th August 2019 via Xtra Mile Recordings/Polydor Records, Frank’s new album ‘No Man’s Land’ salutes inspirational women from all walks of life whose stories have been largely overlooked because of their gender.
The album was helmed by 2018 Producer of the Year Catherine Marks and, aside from Frank, it features an all-female cast of musicians.
