Frank Iero & The Patience confirm lengthy autumn UK tour
They're taking a new EP on the road
Frank Iero & The Patience have lined up a lengthy headline UK tour for this autumn.
The former My Chemical Romance star and his band will be joined by special guests Dave Hause and the Mermaid, The Homeless Gospel Choir and Paceshifters at the 18-date jaunt that opens at Newcastle University on 20th September and wraps up at Aldershot West End Centre exactly one month later.
Part of an even larger European tour, the shows support the release of a new Steve Albini produced EP called 'Keep The Coffins Coming', which lands via Hassle Records on Friday 22nd September.
"The Patience and I just decided that being in Europe three times already this year wasn’t quite enough, so we are planning to come back for even more fun in September and October,” says Frank Iero.
“Our old friends in Dave Hause and the Mermaid, the Homeless Gospel Choir and Paceshifters will be joining us for dates in England, Scotland, Wales, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
"To properly commemorate the tour, we are going to release a limited edition EP through Hassle Records called Keep The Coffins Coming on September 22. We recorded it with one of our hero’s Steve Albini last year, in Chicago."
