Foo Fighters' Sonic Highways TV Show To Air On BBC Four
The documentary will start on October 26
Foo Fighters' Sonic Highways HBO TV show, which also coincides with the band’s new album of the same name, will air on BBC Four in the UK.
Episodes one and two will broadcast on BBC Four, starting on Sunday 26 October. Following those, episodes three to six will be on the BBC iPlayer service and the final two episodes will broadcast on BBC Four.
Channel Editor Cassian Harrison says of the news: “BBC Four is renowned for its music programming and I am delighted we have acquired this innovative series that takes viewers into the very roots of popular music, in an epic nationwide odyssey.”
Sonic Highways, Foo Fighters’ eighth studio album, will be released on November 10 through Roswell Records/Columbia Records.
