Fall Out Boy will be minus one member for their UK tour

Fall Out Boy guitarist Joe Trohman has confirmed he won’t be travelling to the UK for the band’s four-date arena tour later this month.

Speaking on the Real Life Sci-Fi podcast, Joe said that his guitar tech Ben will fill in for him at arena shows in Birmingham, Cardiff, Manchester and London, as he and his wife are expecting their second baby imminently.

Fall Out Boy are touring their seventh studio album ‘Mania’, which stormed into the UK album chart at no.2 when it was released in January.

As well as their headline tour, with support from the mighty Against The Current, Fall Out Boy will return to the UK over the August Bank Holiday weekend for a coveted headline slot at Reading and Leeds Festival.
