Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder has covered ‘Maybe It’s Time’ from the Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga movie ‘A Star Is Born’.

Vedder headlined Innings Festival at Tempe Beach Park & Arts Park in Arizona on Sunday night (3rd March) where he treated the audience to an array of Pearl Jam classics, solo songs and covers.

Despite covering the likes of The Beatles, Tom Petty, U2, The Clash and Bruce Springsteen throughout the sprawling 24-song set, it was his version of ‘Maybe It’s Time’ from the A Star Is Born soundtrack that got one the biggest reactions of the night.

Originally performed by Bradley Cooper, who stars in and directs the movie, you can watch fan-filmed footage of Eddie Vedder covering ‘Maybe It’s Time’ here:

The song’s writer Jason Isbell later tweeted: "Holy s--- Eddie Vedder sang my Bradley Cooper song in his set tonight. That is by far the strangest sentence I’ve ever composed but it’s certainly a huge honor. I was 12 when “Ten” came out and by god I learned how to play every song on it.”

Having played two shows at London’s The O2 last summer with Pearl Jam, Eddie Vedder supports The Who at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 6th July. Tickets are on sale from Kerrang! Radio Tickets now.

Eddie Vedder’s setlist on Sunday night was as follows:
