Dream Theater, Devil You Know, Yashin & More For Sonisphere

Sonisphere organisers have added a fresh batch of names to this summer’s festival.

Dream Theater will headline Sunday on the Saturn Stage while Devil You Know, Yashin, The Cadillac Three, Glamour of the Kill, Palm Reader, Broken Hands, Fort Hope, The One Hundred and Collibus will all perform across the weekend.

Enthusing about their slot, Devil You Know – aka Howard Jones (ex-Killswitch Engage), Francesco Artusato (All Shall Perish) and John Sankey (Devolved, Fear Factory and Divine Heresy) – said: "We are beyond stoked to make Sonisphere our first UK festival!

“It's an honour to be playing such a massive festival alongside some of the biggest names in hard rock and metal. What a way to play the UK for the first time. We can't wait to get over and show everyone what Devil You Know is all about!"

A clearly excited Yashin vocalist Harry Radford said: "It’s a huge, HUGE thrill and a massive honour to be added to this year’s Sonisphere line up.

“Maiden, Metallica, Limp Bizkit, Deftones… It’s like we've been put in the middle of our record collections, so many of our heroes in one place, it’s actually ridiculous.

“We're getting back to live action in the next couple of weeks so we will be warmed up nicely to hit the Sonisphere crowd hard. See you there!"

Marking Knebworth’s 40th anniversary of rock events, Sonisphere takes place from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th July 2014.
