Download Festival 2026 has announced more than 90 bands on its blockbuster line-up, including headliners Limp Bizkit, Guns N’ Roses and Linkin Park.

The 23rd Download Festival takes place on the hallowed turf of Donington Park from Wednesday 10th to Sunday 14th June 2026, and the names on the eclectic line-up span the full spectrum of rock, metal, punk, emo, hardcore, alternative and classic rock.

Having triumphed in the special guest slot at Download Festival 2024, nu metal heroes Limp Bizkit make the leap to Friday night headliners at next year’s extravaganza.

Rock legends Guns N’ Roses top the bill on Saturday night, eight years on from their last Donington appearance and 20 years after first headlining Download in 2006.

Linkin Park have been bestowed with the huge honour of closing the weekend on the Sunday night. The band headlined four times between 2004 and 2014, and this will be their first since their reformation with Emily Armstrong on co-lead vocals.

The DLXXIII line-up was announced at a very special launch event at the Barbican this evening, where the worlds of fantasy, legend and rock and metal combined as the VIP audience witnessed the line-up unfold on an epic scale.

The specially created short film premiered in the cinema at the Barbican and introduced The Apex Rings, created for our headliners by Download in conjunction with The Great Frog.

The immersive launch included string quartets, fortune tellers and more, all giving a taste of the District X experience and what is to come for Download XXIII.

With many more acts and surprises still to be announced, tickets to Download Festival 2026 are on sale now right here.
