Download Festival 2025 has announced when it will be making its next line-up announcement.
In an email to the Download Family database last night (11th February), the legendary Donington Park rock extravaganza confirmed that the next wave of bands will be revealed at 4pm on Tuesday 18th February 2025.
The new line-up additions will join a Download bill that’s headlined by Green Day, Korn and Sleep Token.
Other artists heading to Donington include The Darkness, Frank Carter & The Sex Pistols, Airbourne, Apocalyptica, Jerry Cantrell, Steel Panther, Within Temptation, Sophie Lloyd, and Eagles of Death Metal.

Download Festival's name has a two meanings. The word 'Download' was a murky word at the time thanks to Napster and illegal downloading. Download was also seen as a Monsters of Rock for the 21st century and the internet would provide connectivity with its audience. Tickets had a download code on them so fans could get tracks by some of the bands performing.
