Converse have launched a range Black Sabbath trainers as part of the company’s spring 2014 collection.

The five different Chuck Taylor All Star shoes feature artwork from four of the band’s seminal early albums – their self-titled 1970 debut, ‘Paranoid’, ‘Vol.4’ and ‘Never Say Die’ – plus a logo design.

The new series is expected to cost from $60 to $70 (£36 to £42) depending upon the design.

It’s not the first time Black Sabbath have teamed up with Converse. In 2008 they released a series that included the winged demon logo and the ‘We Sold Our Soul For Rock N’ Roll’ slogan/compilation album title.

Black Sabbth are up for three Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on 26th January - Best Metal Performance and Best Rock Song for ‘God Is Dead?’ and Best Rock Album for ‘13’.
