Bullet For My Valentine announce 2021 UK tour and 'aggressive' self-titled album

Bullet For My Valentine will unleash their self-titled seventh studio album ‘Bullet For My Valentine’ on Friday 22nd October 2021 and follow its release with a major headline UK tour.
Described as the Welsh metallers’ ‘heaviest and fiercest’ record yet, the eponymous album is preceded by the fiery single Knives – you can check out the Fiona Garden directed video below.
"This is the beginning of Bullet 2.0," says vocalist and lead guitarist Matt Tuck. "It signifies where we are right now. The music is fresh, it's aggressive, it's more visceral and passionate than it's ever been."
"I think it's the most ferocious side of Bullet For My Valentine that I've ever known," adds lead guitarist Michael "Padge" Paget. "It's time for us to put out a really angry, heavy, aggressive record. I just can't wait to grimace on stage!"
"I wanted to come out guns blazing, f***ing middle fingers flying, and just go for the throat," agrees Tuck. "I think this is a far more aggressive, intense part of Bullet For My Valentine. It's always been there. I've just never opened the floodgates on it. I want to take people's heads off in a metaphorical way."
‘Bullet For My Valentine’ was recorded at Treehouse Studio in Chesterfield with long-time producer Carl Brown.

In support of the album, Bullet For My Valentine will embark on a major headline UK tour in October and November calling in at Nottingham, Edinburgh, Hull, Manchester, London, Cardiff and Brighton.
Tickets go on sale from Kerrang! Radio Tickets at 10am on Friday 25th June.
The UK tour follows Bullet For My Valentine’s headline appearance at Download Pilot this coming Sunday night (20th June).
