Bloodstock Open Air organisers have added some fearsome new bands to this summer's line-up.
Bringing their caustic sounds to the picturesque location of Walton on Trent are Floridian death-metallers Cannibal Corpse. The band will appear as Ronnie James Dio stage special guests on Saturday 11th August ahead of headliners Gojira.
Scottish metallers Bleed From Within are Friday’s Sophie Lancaster stage special guests, with epic doom brotherhood Godthrymm also appear on the Sophie stage bill that day.
Completing this wave of additions are Nepalese rockers Underside who will perform on the Sophie Lancaster Stage.
Headlined by Judas Priest, Gojira and Nightwish, Bloodstock Open Air takes place at Catton Park in Derbyshire from Thursday 9th to Sunday 12th August 2018.
Also on the bill across the weekend are Emperor, At The Gates, Devildriver, Watain, Suicidal Tendencies, Wednesday 13, Jasta & Friends, Fozzy, Combichrist, Bloodbath, Venom Inc., Mr Big, Orphaned Land, Kamelot, Doro, Orden Ogan, Septicflesh, Exhorder, Pallbearer, Memoriam and more.
