Bloodstock 2020 announces Sophie Lancaster Stage headliners

The Sophie Lancaster Stage headliners have been revealed for Bloodstock Open Air 2020.
Bestowed with the prestigious honour of topping the bill on the Friday night are New Delhi metal sensations Bloodywood in a UK festival exclusive.
Fusing traditional Indian instruments with full throttle heavy metal, the band are renowned for their high-octane live shows, and recent anthem ‘Machi Bhasad (Expect a Riot)’ has notched up more than 1.4million YouTube views.
Headlining the Sophie Lancaster Stage on the Saturday are a band that need very little introduction; extreme metallers Cattle Decapitation.
The Californian band unleash their new album ‘Death Atlas’ this coming Friday (29th November) featuring the lead single ‘Bring Back The Plague’.
Also playing the Saturday as special guests are Birmingham death metallers Memoriam plus Edinburgh-based prog experimentalists Ramage Inc.
Kent post-metallers Bossk also play the stage on the Friday with London psych-doom merchants Green Lung bringing their beguiling sounds to Catton Park on the Sunday.
Headlined by Judas Priest, Behemoth and Devin Townsend, Bloodstock also boasts Diamond Head, Skindred, Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals, Paradise Lost, Life Of Agony, Black Dahlia Murder, Jinjer, Vio-Lence, Sacred Reich, Gloryhammer, Dark Tranquility, Butcher Babies and many more to be announced.
The 20th Bloodstock Open Air takes place at Catton Park in Walton-Upon Trent in Derbyshire from Thursday 6th to Sunday 9th August 2020.
