Black Keys win big at the Grammy Awards
Duo pick up 3 prizes
The Black Keys are celebrating after taking home 3 prizes from the Grammy Awards in America overnight.
The duo's 7th album El Camino won Best Rock Album, while single Lonely Boy picked up Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song. Frontman Dan Auerbach also won Producer Of The Year.
The band also played live during the ceremony at the Staples Centre in LA - they were joined by New Orleans legend Dr John and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band for a performance of Lonely Boy.
It was also a good night for Mumford & Sons, who won the prestigious Album Of The Year for Babel, as well as Best Long Form Music Video for their tour DVD Big Easy Express.
Elsewhere Halestorm got Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance for Love Bites (So Do I), Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross won Best Score Soundtrack for the music for The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, and Paul McCartney picked up Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album for Kisses On The Bottom.
