Babymetal added to Download Festival line-up
It's just over a month until the Donington rock extravaganza kicks off
Japanese metal sensations Babymetal have been added to this summer’s Download Festival line-up!
Su-metal, Yuimetal and Moametal will bring their highly charged live show to The Lemmy Stage on Friday 10th June.
The trio appeared at Download Festival last year as part of a special collaboration with DragonForce and can’t wait to return to the hallowed fields of Donington.
They said: “We’re so excited to come back to the UK next month! We will play the main stage at Download Festival. We are looking forward to seeing you all there.”
Babymetal join a spectacular line-up that boasts headliners Rammstein, Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden plus Korn, Deftones, Megadeth. Nightwish, Disturbed, All Time Low, Twin Atlantic, NOFX, Jane’s Addition and many, many more.
