Last updated 19th Feb 2019
Shock rock extraordinaire Alice Cooper has announced an October 2019 UK arena tour.
Taking in Manchester, Aberdeen, Leeds, Brighton, London, Birmingham and Cardiff, the all-new show is called Ol’ Black Eyes Is Back and will feature Alice’s trademark, gloriously macabre theatrics alongside his phenomenal music.
Alice’s band on the seven-date trek will once again consist of Chuck Garric on bass, guitarists Nita Strauss, Ryan Roxie and Tommy Henriksen and Glen Sobel on drums.
Support will come from The Stranglers and MC50 - Wayne Kramer’s celebration of 50 years of the MC5’s Kick Out The Jams, which featured Soundgarden’s Kim Thayil and Fugazi’s Brendan Canty on recent tours.
Alice says: “We’re coming back in October for a big tour with our new show ‘Ol Black Eyes Is Back. It’s going to be a great night with my very special guests The Stranglers plus the MC50.”
Tickets to the October 2019 tour go on sale from Kerrang! Radio Tickets at 10am on Friday 22nd February.
Alice’s last UK tour took place in November 2017 and featured a mini-set from his original Alice Cooper band members Dennis Dunaway, Neal Smith and Michael Bruce.
